Takara smiled at Eelington and picked up the pokeball. "Great job! You did wonderfully, I'm very proud of you."
Eelington felt a surge of pride at the praise and let out a cry, body crackling with some electricity. Maybe this partnership wouldn't be too bad after all. Yet before Eelington could somehow express that to Takara, they all heard a loud buzzing. Takara just let out a deep sigh.
He took his phone out of his pocket and answered it. "Hello? .... Mm..... Yup. Yeah. I'm on the islands. Yes, Exegg Islands. I told you I was coming here to bond with Eelington. ..... Uh-uh. Mm. Well, you tell them if they start that meeting without me there will be dire consequences. Mm. Lock the door to the meeting room, then."
Takara motioned for Eelington to follow as he began to make his way back to the docks.
"I don't care what they say, I am your boss, not them. If you have further questions regarding that fact, I suggest you look at your contract. I'll be back within an hour or two." Takara hung up and sighed. He needed to get new assistants. This was getting ridiculous. He quickly called the boat and asked for transport back. Sitting on the docks, he let Shri and Eelington talk among themselves about the day.
