Posie is a quiet and reserved person, only really speaking when she feels the need to even with close friends. Despite her quiet nature, she is a warm and compassionate person who considers her relationships valuable and will uphold a sense of honor towards them. She tends to space out or get lost in thought, needing an outside influence to snap her back to the present, and will passionately share her thoughts to those she trusts. Sometimes comes off as aloof to strangers.
History:
Posie is the next in line to inherit her family farm nearby the Gladegloom Forest, a property that has been owned for generations but has been struggling in the past 90 years in the absence of vital pokemon that helped keep the farm prosperous. Now with the resurgence of wild pokemon, her parents deemed it time to pass the torch onto Posie, who felt vastly unprepared to handle such a responsibility. Her interests lay more with agricultural and botanical sciences, wanting to learn how plant life could help the region as well as how pokemon interact with the flora around them. Another drive for her fascination, however, is the allure of the Gladegloom Forest that has generates much superstition. She aims to understand what makes this forest retain its haunting visage since even in the absence of pokemon for almost 90 years.
Posie insisted her sister to take the farm while she goes off to Sylvanport to begin her botanical research and her impromptu paranormal studies linking to the woods.

About:
Before Posie left the farm, she asked for her to fetch an heirloom she had hidden out in the shed by the orchard. It was a small ornate wooden box under the floorboards, encrusted in dirt and had moss creeping along the top of the lid. The latch was barely holding onto the rotting wood when Posie opened the box. When she looked inside there was a small chunk of petrified wood with glittering opal veins and a single pokeball that rolled around inside the box. At Posie's touch the pokeball sprung open and out came phantump curious about its new surrondings. Grandmother Labranth explained that the family has been linked to the Gladegloom for generations even predating Grandmother's lifetime. The petrified wood is a family heirloom that reminds the wearer that the forest will always persist even in another life such at this fossil. The phantump tugged at Gandmother's dress while looking up at Posie, quietly wailing as if it were a lost child. Grandmother then gently set the pokeball into Posie's hand while she fixed the petrified wood into a necklace.
Phantump stays close to Posie, often times falling asleep with her too. It is very curious and will often wander relatively closeby to investigate new things or even to play with other pokemon, though it gets easily frightened or distressed if it feels like it is lost. It is due to phantump that Posie's home is nearly overgrown, it cares for the plants all across the apartment complex and has even started an ambitious garden in the rooftop with its trainer.
"This little one used to follow me around the property for hours, we played in the fields all day until it turned to dusk and I returned home to supper. Normally, it would return to the woods by then but one night it came home with me. Caused such a fright that night, the ghostly image of a child haunted the halls as it tried to find a way inside, eventually crawling in from under the floorboards. What a troublesome child, it didn't want to be alone anymore. Well as I grew older I couldn't properly train the poor dear. I felt a dark omen one night, the sense of dread that makes your body heavy...I went to phantump with a pokeball in my hand telling it that it will be in grave danger. I must've frightened the poor thing, it started wailing. So I sang it a lullaby and caught it safe in that pokeball. Next thing in the morning, pokemon had vanished from the region and I was so scared of losing this little one. Now though, I feel as though it is safe in your hands. You look so much like me when I was your age...remember that the woods will always be your home Posie. What a wonderful woman you have grown up to be!" About:Posie's time away from the farm has steeled her courage, and with preparations made she set out into the Gladegloom not just with research in mind. Out of the tangled dark tumbled a rambunctious Hoothoot lovingly named, Tumble. Often one to bite off more than she can chew, as a fledgling she is reckless and will attempt to tackle the problems she faces head on. About: An unexpected encounter in the Gladegloom while attempting to capture a completely different pokemon, this pikachu got hit by the clumsy Posie's missed pokeball and seems to be content with exploring the world outside the dreary woods she has lived in for her life up to now.

About:While bonding with phantump, Posie had a rocky beginning with the turtwig that mistook her shoe for food. On top of that, getting spooked by the mischievous phantump seemed to strike a chord. Regardless, after being shown kindness by Posie's offering, the turtwig made up his mind. He would come along with this human and see outside the Gladegloom for the first time.
