The entrance to this gym is carved into the mountain, bearing large pillars in the stone and massive metal doors made from the iron found in the city's old mines. The interior used to be Famine's biggest shopping center, before the Rapture. Each shop has either collapsed from the weight of the mountain's movements, or has been turned into training or rest rooms for the gym's trainers and visitors. Some have even become hot springs from the water bubbling up from the cave's deepest pools, filling the entire building with a hot steam. To get to the gym's battleground and gym leader, one would need to go down the large, jagged steps or ramp that has been carefully carved into the stone.

The battleground is made of hard stone with rising, jagged, sharp pillars of stone with some deep pools of spring water. The steam brings a near unbearable humidity that causes cloud-like structures to form at the height of the gym's ceiling. But this is nothing compared to the lava waterfall at the farthest end, blocked off by iron fencing made in the town's forges--also now located in the gym. This lava waterfall is the only source of light on the battlefield, giving the gym a near demonic glow. The atmosphere is fitting to Mya's personality and a test to challengers. They have to survive the uncomfortable, hot, humid, moist air including a battle with her vicious dragons. The temperature doesn't seem to bother her, even with her heavy coat, cargo pants, and leather combat boots. After all, discomfort is nothing new to Faminites.
