All seemed smooth sailing, through straw-laden pathways, along the deep green and gold hedge walls, laced with those same old creaking corn stalks. The fog was still ever-present, though it felt almost like a light mist at this point, spooky and soft with just that touch of ambiance of horror. Of course, all the fun cancelled out the horror, and that was great! The maze was great for a fright or two, but true terror was Mimikyu's House of Horror's specialty.
Around the corner led to... a reward! The dead-end had a pedestal with all kinds of candies for it. Take in moderation, of course! With a couple of treats in tow, the crew could get the ship turned around, headed back in reverse with head held high. There were two other choices inside of this particular fork -- and both of them seemed to absolutely whisper with glee the kind of things that could be found within...
Or did they? Where was that voice coming from? Voice? Huh? Are you sure... maybe it was just the wind. Or another maze-runner.
Weird.
