Please keep in mind the following guidelines when creating an IC thread on Pokemon Rapture.
1. First, be sure to check the conditions & info topic for each location for important information like the possible weather conditions and the area's danger rating.
--> When creating a thread, you may choose the weather condition; you do not need to roll for it. Weather conditions for wild encounter threads will always be rolled.
--> If you thread in a dangerous area, mods may drop harmful events into your threads at their discretion. Be careful!
2. Each thread must have a header with the following information: the current time of day, the current weather, the characters involved, and the battle mechanics used.
--> You do not need to specify an exact time (e.g. 9:26 a.m.), but should give an idea of the current time of day (morning, afternoon, evening, night). You must specify whether the thread takes place during the day or night.
--> Weather and time of day are important as they may affect which wild Pokemon, if any, mods drop into your thread!
--> You must specify whether your battles are freeform, using player-determined mechanics, or using PR's main battle mechanics. If your thread does not contain a battle, write "N/A" or "none" instead.
--> For an example of how to format your headers, check out our sample thread.
3. Trainers may have teams of up to 3 set Pokemon with them in a thread. In your first post in a thread, you should specify OOC which 3 or fewer Pokemon are in your trainer's current team, with links to their trackers.
--> If this is a battle or wild encounter thread, you must include the statblocks of your Pokemon, copied and pasted from their trackers.
--> At a minimum, please include the species, gender, level, and nickname (if any) of each Pokemon.
