Going straight takes you through a couple zigzags, then along a right turn. Another right turn spits you out in a corridor. To your left is a dead end, with an opening that you can see is only a small alcove -- but there's a bowl of candy there, so you grab +1 Tough Candy.
Then you turn and check out your other options. To your right is the way you came. Straight ahead of you, the hall ends in a dead end. However, there are two openings on the right and one on the left you could take.
Do you a) take the first opening on the right, b) take the second opening on the right, c) take the opening on the left, or d) go back?

Choice: B. Opening on the Right
Mya let out a whistle as she pocketed the next candy piece. That was... 13 now was it? Ha, the perfect number for Halloween, the 31st reversed! She wasn't one for superstition, so she pocketed the candy all the same and decided to contemplate her options. Maybe it would be best to keep exploring this part, in hopes an exit or more candy is lying around, eh?With that, she decided to take the opening on the right, feeling as if she had taken a few too many left turns recently. There was nothing wrong with either direction, of course, but at this point, it was like trying to hit a target in the dark.

You take the opening on the right, which quickly turns back on itself -- and turns into a dead end. Not without another bowl of candy, though! You get +1 Health Candy.
As you come back out of this dead end, you stand in the corner of two halls (not counting an alcove on your right). You could go straight, where the hall ends in a left turn and has an opening on the left before that. Or you could go left. The left hall ends in a right turn, which you haven't explored yet; there's also an opening on the left that leads back the way you came.
Do you a) go straight and take the left turn at the end of the hall, b) go straight and take the opening on the left, c) go left and take the right turn at the end of the hall, or d) go left and take the opening on the left (back the way you came)?

That was, what? 14 pieces of candy now? Mya hummed at her luck with finding the sweets and started to walk back to the options, glancing at her team. They didn't seem to have any strong feelings one way or another about their options. So, with that, Mya decided to take the option that led straight and to a left turn. It seemed as good of an option as any! And someone would probably find her if she couldn't find her own way out, right?

You take the left turn and then an immediate right turn, ending up facing a short hallway. At this angle, you can see a bowl of candy if you go left and then turn right, so you go grab that, getting +1 Quick Candy. As you turn around, you see that if you'd gone straight and turned left, you also would have ended up at a dead end, but this one doesn't even have any candy in it.
Now you're looking down the hall you just entered, with the way you came on the right. You could go that way, or you could go to the end of the hall and take another left turn.
Do you a) take the left turn at the end of the hall or b) go back the way you came?

Before you can progress any further through the maze, a loud bell rings from outside, and you hear someone call over the walls: "I'm afraid your time is up! It's time for someone else to take their turn in the maze. Don't worry about finding your way out -- we'll send someone to come get you."
And indeed they do, a lab assistant coming to find you in the maze -- made easy by the fact that from the top of the arena's stands, they can see down into it and not only locate it but find the ideal path to reach you. They escort you out, congratulating you on the candy you've found and consoling you for not finishing the maze.
Since you didn't finish your maze, you're not in the running to win the grand prize, the Leftovers. But you get to keep all the candy you won!
Please add your winnings to your tracker (you can put them under "held items" or make a new section for them), and use the level-up thread to let us know when you'd like to apply them to your Pokemon.
