Things... had happened. The explosion had hit the news but things had been so busy with the League and then... and then... Her phone had been blowing up with messages until the ship got out of the service range. Takara was clearly worried about this, especially given what had happened at the exhibition match. But Salve Island had never opened to the public before so why wouldn't someone go? Besides, a special care package had been packed just for Farrah. A snack in case she got hungry and some pokemon food, some water, a flashlight with extra batteries... but the stormy seas didn't seem to care about the little bit of care. Each wave that crashed against the ship was a reminder of just why no one was able to reach this island with pokemon. And there were answers to uncover, weren't there? Why it exploded, why the news said there was one survivor, and what the hell had been going on with that island? What was Salve Co. up to there? Why open it now? There had to be answers among the island... and pokemon, apparently. Rumors of rare pokemon. The ship came to dock and the rules clear: three-hours and the ship was leaving, battling and capturing was allowed but no harm was to be done to the pokemon on the island... and a special note scribbling in familiar handwriting. Rather sharp but smooth letters: Please be careful - Tara.A Wild Pokemon Appeared!

Decibel curled up against her leg, Farrah spent most of the time on the ship until her phone's service shut out smiling quietly at the device, sending back texts, reassurances, and little bouts of affection. Takara is such a sweetheart. He really is - the amount of care means a lot to the League leader, especially after everything had happened. It was nice to feel so cared about. So... so--
A rock of the boat shakes her out of her thoughts, and Decibel pushes a little harder against her leg. She presses a shaky hand into his fur, soothing it out. The Linoone has been her anchor since he evolved to save her life. That had been the greatest reassurance she could offer Tara - Dec is here, with a shared photo of the napping pokemon, I promise he'll keep us safe. He is such a good boy, rarely leaving her side for more than a moment. Most of them are like that now. Something to be said, about bonding through tragedy. Especially, Farrah supposes, looking down at herself - at the bandages peeking from under her coat, at the feeling of the cast covering her left arm of a new injury and a second hospital trip from very recently - since she is still recovering.
She hasn't had a chance to tell Tara about that one, yet. Really, they have every right to worry.
The ship docks, and Farrah tarries a few moments before disembarking. She takes a moment to call out Andante. The Golett warbles softly at her, and she smiles at them before leaning into the Pokemon's outstretched arm. They've been invaluable in helping her get around while she recovers - nobody is more stable, and she appreciates the extra support.
The rockstar turned League Coordinator looks down at the note one last time, her eyes roving over every inch of Tara's handwriting. She holds it close to her chest, fond in a moment of vulnerability, before tucking it away, safe from the storm outside. One more check for the care package, a retrieval of the flashlight, and the trio is off. It takes a moment to maneuver Farrah onto the beach, but it's manageable, and she's all smiles and friendliness until the ship is a speck far along the beach. As soon as it's just her and her Pokemon, the smile falls away, and she calls out Rhapsody. The Deino's grown a bit since Farrah caught her, and the little dragon stretches and croons before taking point, almost on instinct now; no words needed. Decibel falls in close to her side, and Farrah - supported by Andante's solid presence - points the flashlight ahead: a beam of light, illuminating the dark (and isn't that just her Tara?) - ah. Right. Business.
"Alright, Salve. I've got a lot of questions, and this island's got a lot of answers. So you best hope you hid that evidence well, or I will find out about what fucked up things you've been doing out here. Gonna find out anyway. And if whatever that explosion was didn't put a stop to it, Yveltal help me, but I will. Lead on, Rhapsody. Let's find out what these bastards were doing. And what they needed these Pokemon for."
OOC: Rhapsody (Deino) is the active Pokemon!

Night || Storm It was... quiet. Sometimes a boat would come with a single person that would leave it, going back to the boat and they would depart hardly any time later. This had happened a handful of times now, and they had witnessed each arrival and departure from the shadows, following people around... but that one had come by first. The memories were still fresh. The violence that had followed freedom. Freedom followed by what some would call a disaster, but it was a real turning point for a lot of them. They didn't have to go back. No one would hurt them again. That was the promise. The original rush of joy had since faded to a gentle knowledge that this was life now. No one coming by and tying them down, stabbing them with all sorts of needles, sewing new bits and pieces in. All they had to worry about now was living this life. And part of that came curiosity about the world. What was beyond these sands? They had understood they could not have left with that one, as explained by the tall blue dog. But others would come by. Gentle people. Kind people. Or, at least, that was the hope. So here they were, sitting on the beach.. They had seen the boat approaching from the top of the destroyed lab and had trotted their way down here. But now they weren't so sure... looking out at the waves. What if the world out there was just as bad as life was here? Out there was an unknown. Out there was unthinkable. It was scary to think about. Whereas they knew the trees and the shrubs and the danger on this island from creatures even stranger then her. Out there, past those stormy waves, what was there? The light that hit the strange form would maybe mistake the odd stillness and the wooden mask for driftwood, tossed and turned by the waves. There was no movement, not even that of a breath. But as the human and her pokemon got closer, the helmet of this creature shifted, bright eyes reflecting the light like two large lights, flashing in the darkness. The form now obviously not something akin to driftwood, but something very much alive and very alien. Something that no pokedex could even register. Something brand new to the world. Decibel notices the odd Pokemon first, well before Farrah’s light shines upon it, and well before the rest of the team notices. The linoone speeds up and crosses over to be between his human and the unknown, hackles up defensively. There is something… not right. Fundamentally wrong – with the scent around this Pokemon, with the island, with the entire situation. And even if there isn’t, there is no such thing as being too overprotective anymore. Farrah glances down at him, and is about to ask Decibel what the matter is when the flashlight shines up over the mass a few moments later. “Oh, Dec. It’s okay, it’s just some drift…wood…”
She drifts off when it moves, and the bright eyes shine intently through the darkness. Not driftwood. Not driftwood at all. Andante pauses as she coasts to a stop, and looks up at their trainer with question as she squeezes their arm almost reflexively. Rhapsody too has paused, shifting on her paws in the dark sand, awaiting orders.
“Oh… oh my.” Farrah has no words at first, as she takes the strange Pokemon in. No amount of records, or history books, or the Pokedex registry, or any studying Farrah has done gives an explanation nor description for something like this. But it’s nothing of the appearance that gives the Leader pause. It isn’t the wicked looking curved front talons, or the powerful body, the scales and fur and fins, or the bright glint of wickedly intelligent eyes reflecting in the light. It isn’t even the alien strangeness of the creature, or the fact that as far as Farrah knows, that it is an entirely undocumented Pokemon.
No. Above all else… it is simply the state that the poor beast is in.
“Calm,” She says gently to her team – and they do, relaxing their poses, though Decibel continues to monitor with a watchful eye. She lets go of Andante and takes a slow step forward, and then another, slowly approaching until she’s stepped just in front of Rhapsody. “Oh… you poor, sweet thing. Look at you.”
Her eyes take in the Pokemon. The partially matted mess of it’s fur mane, the feathers bound and ungroomed atop it’s head – the way that it’s build is… suspiciously lean, and perhaps worst of all, Farrah takes in what appears to be a heavy wood mask affixed to completely cover the creature’s head. “Poor sweetheart… What did they do to you…?” She crouches down – and it takes a moment, with a wince – to appear less threatening. “Hey, it’s okay. We’re not gonna hurt you. You’re safe. May I approach you…?”
OOC: The encounter begins!
( WHOOPS! My bad! I'm so sorry, thank you as;ldfaj T-T ) FARRAH tries to befriend/reassure the TYPE:NULL!

Night || Storm The pokemon did not startle or flinch from her as the other pokemon began to react. There was only an eerie calm as the creature once more held as still as a statue, but the eyes... those sharp eyes were watching very carefully. Studying this group and the human that had arrived. Eyes went to the small bit of the cast that poked out from the clothes. Injured. Like many things here. Not unusual. Not due any pomp or circumstance. The human's call commanding the other pokemon was interesting. They had witnessed this before in the lab. A Hawlucha had always obeyed orders. If he didn't there was punishment. That was how it always was. Some pokemon refused, some of her own kind. More vicious and angry. She on the other hand was never one to really emote. The researchers called her 'unusual'. A 'step in the right direction'... but that wasn't perfect enough, apparently. Her calmness also resulted in a lack of obedience. The notes of her being 'correct' had been scrubbed from her record. A moment of pride, really. The humans didn't know what they wanted. Perhaps the mind they had put in this body just wasn't suited enough for their experiments. The question of approach was met with a leveled stare. The creature then moved, closing the gap herself as sharp talons stepped across the wet sand. The approach may appear threatening to the anxious, but there was something she was after and it wasn't blood. A scent on the wind. The Null focused on sniffing, the sound amplified by the helmet even over the storm. She smelled something familiar... She focused on the pocket the letter had gone into, raising a paw as if to claw it out, but then lowered it to the ground, sitting back on their haunches and waiting. Eyes staring intently. They had to get a better smell of it. The human here having any connection to the other with the blue dog--the Lucario--would answer some questions... like if what she was told was correct. Other people would come and they were kinder. But this creature needed proof. The word of a pokemon was not enough. The researchers had pokemon, too. They waited without a breath. Of course they breathed, but the movements were practiced to the point she could mimic death with the success of a corpse. A strategy developed to prevent being bothered for research purposes. The dead were often ignored for days or weeks, rotting in their cages. Her fellow monsters would share their food and water when she did this, knowing all too well what she was up to. She'd miss the camaraderie but little else. A Wild Pokemon Appeared!

Farrah prides herself on the calmness of her own countenance. She’s dealt with dangerous Pokemon before – some of them her own, if the cast on her arm is anything to go by. Much like the unknown Pokemon, she too does not flinch, nor back away from the approaching creature, even as she estimates her size to be… much bigger than originally anticipated.
The sound of sniffing echoes from the helm, and Farrah watches with even measure as the Pokemon reaches up with those large claws towards her. She senses Decibel tense behind her, and Rhapsody takes a few steps forward to stand at her trainer’s side, making a soft noise and listening for that which she can’t see. As the Pokemon sits down, rather than lashing across her leg, Farrah watches the expectant and unmoving expression, before looking back down to the pocket. Did she want something in…? Oh.
Farrah pulls the note out of her pocket, unfolding it gently for the creature. “Is this what you’re smelling? It’s a little note from my partner, back on the mainland. Are you hungry…? He also sent along this with it.” Reaching into her bag that Andante is carrying, she pulls out one of the containers of Pokemon food from the care package, resting the note on top of it and holding both out. “Nothing dangerous. I promise. When’s the last time you ate, poor thing – that helmet looks like it’s stuck on fast.”
OOC:
FARRAH removes the note from her pocket! She holds it and part of the care-package out for the TYPE:NULL.

Night || Storm The other pokemon did not bother her. She barely paid attention to them as eyes rested on the human. Then the movements. And finally the contents of the pocket that had that smell. They both did. The Null listened carefully. Partner. Mainland. Hunger. Eyes went down to the letter and the box. They sniffed them box carefully. Both had that smell, but the letter was more interesting. The writing. Typed first. Then a handwritten note. She read it over and over again. Taking in the names, the signature. Eyes shot up to this human. Farrah. Then the other one.... Tara?Names to faces, faces to names. Locked forever in her memory, in a brain that didn't belong in this body but, what can you do? She was fiercely intelligent. Her IQ far beyond that of other pokemon, but she knew this did not make her better. Every pokemon, every human, was unique in their own way. In types of knowledge she could not match but that didn't mean she didn't have her skills. But in this form... she was unable to extend her power. Without her true body where every muscle was designed to extend her intelligence into psychic power and without her spoons... oh, her favorite spoons... They were probably buried in the rubble now... wherever they had put her body. Her former trainer gave her those spoons prior to either of her evolutions. No, not trainer. Her partner. Her right hand. Her best friend. The city of the sands flashed in her mind, nestled in the middle of a brilliant desert. She missed it. All she knew was there was a panic, news reports on the television, and a hug from her faithful companion before she was returned to the comfort of her Moon Ball. Then she was let out and her human was no where to be seen... then medicine, then... this body. The Null finally blinked after having stared at Farrah for a long time. Then back at the letter. A claw reached out, as if to motion to something or take it, but it soon returned to her, resting on the sand. Nothing could change the past. There was only the future. She took in the first visible breath since this encounter began and then let it out slowly. Controlled. A claw now reached out and tapped the box, then began to trace the sand. A picture of some pokemon--a Pikachu and Stufful and Pidgey--and then berries being given to them by a drawing of Farrah. It was very well done despite coming from a pokemon. The Null added the finishing touches and then looked to the woods before the storm destroyed her drawing. She was fine. She was used to going a long time without food, but the other pokemon here would appreciate snacks. Anything, really. Until the forest had a real chance to recover from the explosion there would be no berry trees. Not for a while. Some of the older, stronger pokemon were doing their best to care for the younger ones but it was tough work. Anything would help now. The Null looked back at the human, barely sparing a glance at her current team. They were not a threat right now. Not really. A Wild Pokemon Appeared!

Farrah simply watches those eyes behind the wooden mask for a long time. Those eyes… so intense, so beautiful in their shadowed cage… and so immensely sad and far away. She wonders what the chimera must be thinking about, must be remembering. But she dares not move, dares not interrupt whatever this moment is. She barely even breathes until the Pokemon also does.
The musician watches the chimera reach out to the note, and something sad tweaks in her chest at the gesture. But she’s ever observant, watching, listening with her eyes – to the box of Pokemon food, and then to the sand. The absolute deftness and precision with which the creature draws is… remarkable. There’s clearly something to this beautiful, unknown Pokemon – something far more than what meets the eye. Farrah knows, knows, her own team is smart, incredibly so. But this one… this one’s intelligence… it sends a slow chill down her spine. It's something else entirely.
“The food… others, young ones? Young ones are hungry, out…” Farrah trails off in a similar way to the chimera, gaze lifting up to the woods. To the woods… “Oh.” She understands. The wreckage even out here on the shoreline tells a story. The vicious constant storming, the winds, and the kinds of fires that must have laid waste. Farrah remembers what Takara said happened – a boiler accident and an explosion. He hadn’t said much beyond that, between company NDA’s and trauma from the event, understandably. Her love had been so… haunted. It breaks her heart. She remembers the news replays, too – one survivor, her Tara, and the way black acrid smoke could be seen billowing as if the Dragon’s Maw itself had spewed forth all the way from the mainland. “Goddamned Salve,” she growls under her breath.
She closes her eyes for a moment, furious, and then forces her body to relax. One long measured breath, and she meets the chimera’s gaze once more. “Gladly,” she says. “I’ll do anything I can to help. I don’t know why they’ve allowed trainers to come here now, of all times. After everything that’s happened. That’s why I’m here – to search for answers. And now… to help whatever Pokemon I can. And that includes you, too.”
Farrah’s gaze never wavers from the chimera’s, even as she reaches onto her belt-loop for one of the empty Luxury Balls that were given on the boat. She holds it out, resting on top of Takara’s note, palm up. “I know I’m going to need help; I don’t know the island like you. And I don’t know where the little ones who could use the food or help most are. I know my time here is limited, but… when I have to leave, I want you to leave with me. You don’t have to be stuck here anymore. Tara… you recognize his scent. And I know he was here. We can talk to him, together, and see what else can be done to help – both the Pokemon, and for the island to recover. So… Come with me. Please?”

Farrah attempts a peaceful capture! Farrah also asks the TYPE:NULL to accompany the trip either way!

Night || Storm The Null watched Farrah intently. Humans were fascinating. Their brains didn't have the same power as her or her former kind, but they were incredibly smart in their own way. Their emotional intelligence was brilliant, better than hers. A high IQ, after all, didn't mean you had all necessary skills. But this was very interesting indeed. The way the human growled sent a shiver down the Null's spine. Just like this Tara when he was smashing the test tubes of her siblings open. Not all humans had that same anger, that same... animalistic attitude. But it was refreshing to see some actual emotion on a human's face. Not hidden behind a mask while holding sharp objects, muttering words they didn't even understand the concept of. But answers? That the Null could help with. And the thought of seeing some of her siblings again--she knew one of them had gone with this Tara fellow. She was sad at the departure, but also happy in a way. Getting off this damned place was a blessing. And now... a chance. A chance at freedom. Something she so desperately wanted. The Type: Null stared at the luxury ball. Memories of her former trainer passed through her mind. An old woman with a gentle voice, but firm disposition. They had practiced their psychic powers together, running the old gym. The battles they had were invigorating but... ever since she lost her body her former power had fully faded. The psychic abilities she had were gone. All that was left was her intelligence. She did not mind this, but... she couldn't project the image of her beloved former trainer into the mind of this human. To show her how much the Null loved that person. They were gone now. She knew this. Long since dead. She could only hope that her former human understood the deep love that still lived in this Null's strange heart... it was time to move on. A single tear escaped her eyes behind the mask, hidden in the shadows much to her pleasure. It would be too much to show this much sadness so soon in their meeting. But yes... this human would have earned the praise of her friend. Perhaps it was time she traded herself and tried to let go of that old love. Slowly, she reached out and gave the ball a single tap. She flashed inside, but the moment it clicked for a successful capture it released her back onto the beach in the exact same seated posture she had gone in. Capture successful. But work was to be done. Yes, she would leave this place with this human. Clearly they could be trusted. Eyes went to the other pokemon... hello, family. Big sister has arrived. Eyes shot back to Farrah and she stood up, walking off to the woods. She stopped just short of where grass met sand and sat down, waiting patiently. There was more to discover on the beach, pokemon to feed there, but the answers that were wanted were deeper in. The lab was the only place they could go for those. And to get there they had to go into the woods. So there she sat, waiting very patiently. The adventure was just beginning... Farrah. A Wild Pokemon Appeared!

Farrah simply stays, watching the chimera with those patient, quiet eyes. Fury at Salve Co. and the state of the island roil like a hissing cauldron just under the surface, but she keeps a lid on it. For now. The state of this beautiful Pokemon comes first – whether she decides to come more permanently or not.
Her breath hitches as she reaches out… and as the capture signifies success before releasing the Pokemon back into the sand of the beach, sitting before her. She sighs, relief showing clearly upon her face. “Welcome home, to our family, love,” she says. Beside her, Decibel settles, a look of quiet approval on his face as he meets the gaze of the Null. Big sister indeed… he nods in respect, settling himself. Rhapsody stomps her little feet with glee – while she may not be able to see well, she can certainly hear! And that is quite exciting. And while there is no visible movement of Andante’s stone golem face, there is the quiet sense, somehow, that the Pokemon is pleased nonetheless. They help their trainer up as the Null also stands, and Farrah thanks Andante gently, before following behind.
“Alright… let’s keep the food on hand, for those who need it. She’ll show us where it’s needed most. Stay close, everyone.” The group follow up to where the grass meets the sand, and nod. Farrah offers a quiet smile to the chimera, reaching out to run her fingertips gently, with great affection through the mane of soft feathers. “As we’re continuing on, let me know. Wherever the food is needed, okay? And on our way back to the boat, we’ll leave some along the beach, too. Let’s continue onward. I trust you entirely. We’ll get those answers… and we’ll help whoever we can along the way.”

Night || Storm The lightning illuminated the trees better than the sun itself, but it only lasted for a short while to show twisted, gnarled branches that had been torn clean off by debris of the explosion. The smell of smoke still filled the air and the Null moved quickly through the various rubble and destruction of the woods to go deeper and deeper. Until she finally came to a full stop, turning her head towards a clearing. The Null let out a strange growl and quickly moved to the side, but the little Deino was not fast enough as a purple gas surrounded it, causing stomachs to sour and turn. Poison. Sad, but an opportunity. The Null pointed a claw into the clearing and there was a Trubbish, mulling her way through the destruction and shoveling whatever she could find into her mouth, belching up that same poison gas. It smelled... well, not great. The stench rivaled that of dumpsters filled with chicken that had been left open and out in the sun in the middle of summer for about a week. It reeked like moldy gym socks. The Null did not seem to affected by this, probably because the helmet filtered some of the stench out. The sentient garbage bag looked over at Farrah and the group of pokemon, giving a very friendly wave. "Trubbish!" she said as she began to approach them all with a very warm smile on her face, that poison gas still spewing from her mouth. The Null turned her eyes to Farrah and the team, watching them very intently for what they did in this situation. Choices, Choices, Farrah. Can you stomach it?A Wild Pokemon Appeared!

Farrah watches their surroundings with the trained eye of one who scans concert audiences during performances for potential recruits. Sharp, taking in details, but without lingering on any one particular detail for long. The forest has certainly seen far better days. For the explosion to have caused this much damage… all from a boiler failure? It had to be a hell of a boiler, if there wasn’t something else going on. And the smell… The smoke wasn’t quite gone, even with the raging storm. It smells of burning wood and moss – like a bonfire; that of a natural fire, but there is something else, tinged with ozone, that was almost like a chemical. The kind of smoke that curled into the back of your throat and turned to tar and stayed there with every taste of your tongue to the roof of your mouth. She can’t quite put a name to the acrid scent, though it seems to get heavier with each step, and… more foul… and rotten… and…..
She nearly gags as she stops short, pulling the shroud of her scarf up over her nose. Andante steps to the side, pushing Farrah back as the Null moves too. Having no nose, the scent doesn’t bother them in the slightest. Poor Rhapsody, focusing so carefully on walking while essentially blind in the dark storm, has no idea until the billowing purple gas overtakes her. The Deino makes a noise of alarm before heaving, backpedaling with her stomach turning itself inside out, head swimming. But the terrible feeling of sickness does not leave her, even as she gets out of the line of fire.
Decibel seems to hold his own behind Farrah, though a quiver of his fur gives away that he is not unaffected, even as he and his trainer both hold their ground. Trubbish, the Pokemon says, and waves so friendly. Farrah has to make a quick decision. Quick thoughts. A non-hostile Pokemon – there is nothing to defend or attack from. Battle is out of the picture. Rhapsody is looking poisoned – she is returned quickly to her Pokeball to be healed once the coast is cleared, sparing her the poison’s wrath. A sharp glance at her team tells them to keep their distance, remain safe. And another observant stare – the Trubbish that was eating just about everything of the ruins of the forest. That included hunks of the rubble and torn debris left behind.
Quickly, Farrah. Think. Trubbish show up in places of high garbage and waste volume. That’s why they’re around waste disposal plants – or city back alleys. They’ll eat literally anything, particularly garbage, and while it makes them good cleaners, they also turn that into a poison that, while manageable for Pokemon, can kill particularly fragile humans. Like yourself right now. Okay.
Unaware of the watching eyes of the Null, Farrah pats Andante’s arm and then kneels down, keeping the scarf over her nose. The Trubbish doesn’t need the food they’ve promised – she’s gorging herself right here on the debris, which for Trubbish, is fine and harmless. There are other Pokemon who need it desperately more. She waves back gently with a little smile. “Hey there, sweetheart,” she responds back to the Trubbish. “You look like you’re enjoying quite the meal there. Are you a little helper, assisting in cleaning and healing the forest? You’re doing a wonderful job of it, if so.”
OOC:
Farrah tries to be friendly without combat, as the Trubbish does not seem aggressive! If this fails, Andante is now the current active Pokemon as Rhapsody is returned.

Night || Storm What a wonderful visit! The Trubbish smiled and looked at the human, the pokemon--where did that other one go?--and the Type: Null. Oh! She gave another little hello to a familiar... face? Helmet. But at Farrah's comment, the little trashbag that could gave a happy nod and a wave to the destruction. "Trubbish, trub. Ish trub trubbish," she explained, turning around. On her back, through, was a long, strange scar. It looked like something had been inserted into her body with six circles and lines connecting them, but it had long since been removed. Almost carefully, leaving only the scar as evidence. This Trubbish didn't just appear one day. This was her home, just like it was the Null's. The trashbag turned back around and gave another smile and a shrug with a shake of her head. It wasn't much, but this was honest work. After all, if the garbage was gone then the island could recover. The trees would grow back ground, grass would cover the scorched ground, and nature would reclaim this place. It could be... beautiful. And when the work was done, her kind would find a nice shady spot and give their final goodbye to the world, letting their bodies feed the natural bounty of the forest. But all the garbage had to be cleaned first. Not all of them would go, though! The dead needed to be cleaned up, of course. Thus was the cycle of life. It was beautiful, wasn't it? Not that the human could possibly learn all of this from the Trubbish given the language barrier, but the Null understood perfectly. She turned her head to Farrah and then back out to the area. A soft grumble came from the Null as she gave a quick explanation of the situation. The Trubbish jumped up, putting her tentacles over her mouth as she said something back, giving a sad bow to Farrah before running off deeper into the woods. The Null stayed put. Then, from the trees, a large belch was heard as a poison gas filled the air and floated up into the wind, blown away. The smell began to lift and the Trubbish returned, sorting through some metal scrap. She found a piece she seemed to like, walked over, presented it to Farrah, and then shoved it in her little garbage mouth. The Trubbish munched for a while before spitting it back up, holding it in her tentacles. It had been perfectly cleaned--like a bone picked of meat. There was no rust, no scratches. Polished metal. It was a large nut, roughly two pounds. The Trubbish presented it to Farrah with a smile. "Trubbish!"A Wild Pokemon Appeared!

Farrah’s gaze is immediately drawn not to the environment, but to the scar on the Trubbish. Like a machine’s port… the furious rage bubbles up in her chest again, and Andante puts a hand on her shoulder. She takes a long breath before the Trubbish can see such a dark expression on her face – it wouldn’t do any good. For such a friendly Pokemon to bear such cruel scars… truly, truly, there was nothing that Salve wouldn’t stoop to. When the Trubbish shrugs and smiles at her, Farrah smiles back. “It’s a lot of hard work you do. But every inch makes a difference.”
She glances over as the Null makes a soft noise, and raises her eyebrows at the immediate change in countenance of the little trash Pokemon. What had she said to be so immediately – oh… saddening. “Oh, little one no it’s okay, you don’t have to – …” Ah, but too late. The Trubbish is gone. She exhales softly from beneath the shroud of her scarf. “Ah… she didn’t mean to cause any pain. Well… alright. Let’s get Rhapsody taken care of…” As Farrah goes about getting some medicine together, attaching the mechanical clasp to the Pokeball to heal the Pokemon within, her head snaps back up as she hears the belch.
Oh! The Trubbish is still present. And… oh my. Andante makes a low soft hum as they watch the noxious cloud slowly drift up and away into the air, dispersing along with the foul stench. Decibel looks at the guardian Pokemon and grumbles, and the Golett laughs softly in return. At least you don’t got a nose. Bastard.
Farrah finds herself smiling as the Trubbish comes back. The kind and sweet nature of the little Pokemon is infectious. The musician could easily say that she’d never thought herself the kind of woman to take on half the Pokemon that she did, Andante and Jazz included – but the Trubbish seems to fit right in with them. Mature, sweet, kind… she hmms with curiosity at the scrap the Trubbish holds up, but waits patiently as she chews on it. And seeing the finished product – perfect, pure, like it was fresh off the factory shelves… Farrah’s brows raise.
“That’s… incredible. You’d never know it wasn’t just manufactured. You’re amazing, you know that, little one?” She smiles, dimple showing towards the little trash Pokemon before she realizes she’s being given the nut. “Tell you what,” she says, and gently takes it with a wink. This will be treasured forever. A hand goes into her pocket, and when it comes back out, Farrah holds out something for the Trubbish to take in return: A Luxury Ball and a Pecha Berry. “Something to remember me by too. But you know… there needn’t be goodbyes. I’m here to help Pokemon, especially the little ones desperately hungry and struggling…You could absolutely come with me. It would be safe; no dangers lurking in the night, or during storms like this… and both home and the League could use a custodian as dedicated as you. You’d never want for meals, or treats, and Lil Miss, I guarantee I would cherish your company just as much as I’ll cherish your little treasure. But it’s your choice… what do you think?”
OOC: Farrah attempts a peaceful capture!
After capture attempt, Farrah and co. will continue following Type:Null! There are Pokemon to feed and take care of! Farrah will also use the out of battle heal on Rhapsody when possible. Farrah is unexpectedly smitten with Trubbish!

Night || Storm The Trubbish may had missed the look Farrah gave, but the Null caught it just fine. She took it in, studied it. Oh, if only things were as simple as black and white. No, no... the Null knew the world wasn't black and white. It wasn't even shades of grey. It was a rainbow, sometimes of colors one could not see. Mixing, matching, bleeding into each other to create a cacophony of confusion. It was the solemn duty of those alive to try to make sense of the noise. It was both easier and harder than it sounded. Ah... life. The Null did enjoy it so, even in this strange form. The Trubbish watched the human and gave a smile as her gift was accepted and-- oh! A present as well! The little trashbag that could took the Pecha Berry and quickly ate it with a delighted tone, listening to the rest of what Farrah said. To leave? Out there? The Trubbish looked to the Null. Out there, like... where the others came from? Where the electric cat had come from? The Null nodded. The Trubbish, delighted at this idea, tapped her tentacle to the ball and was zapped in. It clicked automatically with no struggle from the kind pokemon who was excited for a new adventure. A new home. New friends! The Null took a moment to let this success sit upon the group's shoulders before she stood up and began to walk deeper into the woods, knowing exactly where she was going. The facility had answers. That previous human--Tari from the note--had cleaned up a lot of it. Almost everything was gone, but even the most dutiful of pokemon will miss something. They had to get to it before the island's Trubbish population did. The storm raged on, lightning filling the air. Turning the dark woods bright with light. The Null paused and glanced deep into the trees, seeing a head rolling on colorful arms. A flash of light and the thing was gone. Sharp eyes narrowed as the Null picked up pace. They were not alone... and being watched. Better than that ugly bug that wandered around, though. Both of them, actually. A Wild Pokemon Appeared!
