Sebastian is about 5'8" with an average build, if a little on the skinny side. He has a mess of brown hair that he tries to tame, although this rarely works well. His eyes are a grey-blue, and are hidden behind a pair of thick glasses. Across his nose and cheeks is a splattering of freckles that simply refuse to go away with age.
He wears mostly a grey shirt and white pants, with an old Mareep's wool jacket that he takes care to repair should it ever begin to fray or tear, as it was a gift from his family. As was the teardrop necklace that he always wears no matter the occasion, however it is more important to him as it's a family heirloom. He refuses to be away from it, or let it out of his sight. The only other piece of clothing is a pair of sturdy grey boots.
Personality - Sebby is incredibly timid, especially around pokemon as he's never gotten the chance to be around them before. Despite this he's incredibly curious, and determined not to let his fear, anxiety, or anything else get in the way of learning new things about these creatures he's heard so much about. Seb hates confrontation and will avoid it as best he can, as he's not very physically capable.
History - Sebastian Aldenberg was born in Toploss, but lost his mother early in life. His father was always out working to support his young son, so Sebby spent most of his early childhood with the community, learning everything he could from them. He was always a meak boy, despite his father's urgings to be more bold and independent. This push eventually brought Seb to Mistveil, and the university.
Here, he learned everything he could about pokemon. As much as the idea of them terrified him, after all they were wild!, he was incredibly curious about how they worked and has devoted much of this time memorizing as much as he could. When he graduated recently, he turned his attention to helping with the research. Despite his rather timid personality, he cautiously volunteered to help with field research now that pokemon have returned, much to everyone's surprise including his own.
